that started long ago

  1. 1980


    1980 – FOUNDING OF UNIFIX
    Unifix was founded in 1980 in Terlano, from an ambitious and innovative business idea: supplying the best hardware, construction and carpentry retailers with high quality products, through a widespread network. Attention to the world of retailing, a customer support service, and unrivalled delivery service, along with ongoing research into display solutions to make their partners’ work easier and more economic, saw Unifix quickly rise and establish itself firmly.
  2. 1989


    1989 – FOUNDING OF UNILIS

    In 1989, one of the cornerstones of Unifix was established: UniLis. The innovative modular display system, indeed almost pioneering at that time, allowed the company to establish a strong and long-lasting relationship with customers. In fact, Unifix is not only a product supplier but also a real business partner, attentive to the sales dynamics of each retailer.

  3. 2003


    2003 – INAUGURATION OF THE TERLANO SITE

    The new (and current) site in Terlano was inaugurated just a few steps away from the premises that hosted the company’s birth. In the following years, the growing desire to bring an exclusive service to its customers, reducing order and delivery times to a minimum, led Unifix to invest in a logistics system that still today can be considered cutting edge.

    2009 – INAUGURATION OF THE NEW LOGISTICS SITE

    The growing desire to bring an exclusive service to its customers, reducing order and delivery times to a minimum, led Unifix to invest in a logistics system that still today can be considered cutting edge.

  5. 2013


    2013 – CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT

    On January 1st, 2013, at the height of the global economic crisis, Gernot Seebacher was appointed as the new CEO. His immense international experience and strong innovative skills generated new energy and vitality within the company and on the market.

    2015 – FOUNDING OF UNISHOP

    The online shop for customers was launched, designed not only as a way to place orders but as a true research tool for smart buying.

  7. 2017


    2017 – FOUNDING OF UACADEMY

    A project dedicated to the world of training, offering specific industry-based training content (with consultants and educators) in a sustainable format, and assistance in finance management.

  8. 2020


    2020 – FOUNDING OF RETAIL 360

    A service designed to analyse and modernise commercial activity premises, taking into account the specific needs of everyone, in an attempt to transform the simple “materials warehouse” into an all-round retail space where business activity turnover is optimised.

    2022 – Happy High-Performance Company

    Thanks to a series of projects transformed into concrete actions, Unifix launched the process for building a model of a Happy High-Performance Company revolving around people, their motivations and ambitions, engaging them fully in the processes of company growth and development in order to build a success story together: not only in professional terms but also personally.
